About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Solid Surface Fabricator to join our production team. This full-time role focuses primarily on solid surface materials (such as Corian, Hi-Macs, and Wilsonart), but experience with stone (granite, quartz, Dekton) and laminate fabrication is a significant plus.
Requirements
Fabricate countertops from solid surface material, including cutting, seaming, edge profiling, and finishing.
Perform sink cutouts, seam preparation (butt, serpentine, mitered), and edge treatments per job specifications.
Interpret shop drawings and templates to ensure accurate fabrication.
Use routers, sanders, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished tops for quality and prepare for delivery or installation.
Follow established company fabrication standards and warranty requirements (e.g., 1.5" inside radius on mitered seams for warranty compliance).
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with installation, templating, and project management teams as needed.
